Homeowners - Ipsen Due Diligence Will Vet Contractors

Ipsen Due Diligence at the request of the homeowner/property owner, will conduct a thorough vetting of the prospective contractor. Our due diligence extends beyond asking for basic licenses and insurance. The entire process is usually completed within three to four days.

Included in the process is the assurance the contractor is properly qualified and has the required documentation and supporting schedules required by law. If the contractor is not qualified or fails to cooperate, you will be notified of that as well. It is advised that you do not sign nor offer a deposit prior to vetting.

Under no circumstance are you to give or pay a contractor with cash.
